It's not the get, it's the give

I know it's the giving time of year, but I'm hoping that the latest spate of blog posts and videos I've run into about the importance of being generous in business—with your talent, your time, your capacity to delight your customers—is part of a more global trend and not just a seasonal one.

I don't have much new to add to what Jesse HertzbergSimon Sinek, and Alexandra Franzen have said very eloquently. I think what they have to say is worth all of us heeding, and my own personal goal in 2015 is to make sure every client experience I offer reflects this generous spirit.
